Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and confirmation of order. Packages are dispatched via Colissimo (with tracking and drop-off without signature) only for orders within France.

Packages can be sent via Chronopost, Fedex, DHL and TNT. If you need advice, you can contact us (contact@simrane.com) before choosing your delivery method, as depending on the weight, volume and destination of the parcel, additional charges may be levied by the carrier, particularly if customs clearance has to be paid in advance.

Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your parcel online on the carrier’s website.

You can also opt for the free in-store collection option. This option is offered to you in the delivery section when you finalise your purchase. Collect your order from our Parisian shop at 23, rue Bonaparte, 75006 Paris (Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday, 2 pm to 7 pm). Please have your ID and order number ready so that you can collect your parcel easily.

Delivery costs

Delivery by Colissimo in France is free for all orders over €150.

Delivery costs are calculated according to size, weight and destination. They also include preparation, packaging and postage costs.

Each order is processed separately, so we recommend that you group all your items together in a single order.

Particular attention is paid to the packaging, the dimensions of the boxes and envelopes are adapted and your items are properly protected. Although Simrane can in no way be held responsible for a parcel damaged in transit, our team is at your disposal to help you in the event of a problem.
