Delivery

1. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery by Colissimo in France is free for all orders over €150.

Delivery costs are calculated according to size, weight and destination. They also include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.

2. Do you ship internationally?

We deliver to many countries. Delivery times and costs will be calculated according to the delivery address, dimensions and weight of the parcel.

3. Can I pick up my order in store?  

You can also opt for the free in-store collection option. This option is offered to you in the delivery section when you finalize your purchase.

Collect your order from our Parisian shop at 23, rue Bonaparte, 75006 Paris (Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday, 2 pm to 7 pm). Please have your ID and order number ready so that you can collect your parcel easily.

4. How long does it take to prepare my order?

As soon as your order has been confirmed on our website, we prepare it within 24 to 48 hours working days.

5. What are the delivery times?

Your package will be dispatched by the carrier of your choice or, failing that, by Colissimo (with a tracking number and delivered without signature) and will be delivered within 2 to 3 days for all orders to Metropolitan France only.

Packages can be shipped via Chronopost, Fedex, DHL, UPS and TNT. Do not hesitate to contact us (contact@simrane.com) if you have questions before choosing your delivery method, because depending on the weight, volume and destination of the package, additional charges may be levied by the carrier, particularly if they have to advance customs clearance fees.

6. Where is my order?

The delivery time is indicated when you place your order. Depending on the country you are in, delivery times may vary.

Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you an email with a link or tracking number so that you can follow your parcel online on the carrier’s website.

During sales periods or the festive season, order preparation and delivery times may be slightly longer.

7. I see that my parcel is indicated as delivered but I haven’t received anything

Rest assured, our customers are sometimes notified a day in advance of the arrival of their parcel, even though it does not arrive until the following day.

If you have not received your parcel in the next few days, please contact us at contact@simrane.com. We will open an enquiry with the chosen carrier to provide you with a solution.
