1. How to place an order on our website?
To place an order, browse our online collections:
- Select your items on the website and add them to your basket
- Confirm your order
- Select your delivery method
- Enter your delivery and billing address
- Choose your payment method, enter your bank details and confirm
2. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?
If your order has already been prepared or dispatched, it is no longer possible to modify its content. We invite you to place a new order for the other items you require.
If your order is still in progress and was placed less than 24 hours ago, please contact us as soon as possible at the following address: contact@simrane.com
3. I have not received an e-mail confirming my order
Once you have placed your order, you will normally receive a confirmation email. If you don’t find it in your inbox, please check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder.
If you still have not received a confirmation email within a reasonable time, please contact us at contact@simrane.com.
We will check that your order has been processed and will provide you with information about your order.
4. How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder.
If you still cannot find it, please contact us at contact@simrane.com so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.
