Returns

Returns are free of charge from France and European Union countries. For countries outside the EU zone, returns are at your expense.

If you wish to return one or more items, in accordance with the legal provisions in force (article L. 221-21 of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 days after the date of receipt of your purchases to make a request via your account or by contacting us by email at contact@simrane.com.

After the 14-day period, the sale is firm and final.

Following your request, a returns label will be sent to you by email. All you have to do is put the items back in the original box or envelope (or equivalent if the original packaging has been damaged), stick the label on the packaging following the instructions and hand in the parcel at a post office.

Returned products will only be accepted in their original, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. If it is clear that this condition has not been met, the sale will be considered firm and final. The items in question may then be returned to the customer at their request, with any redelivery costs being borne by the customer.

Exchanges and refunds

We do not carry out exchanges, only refunds. We therefore invite you to reorder the item(s) you require and to return the unwanted item(s) to us as soon as possible.

Your request will be processed once your parcel has been received. Your refund will automatically be credited back to the payment method used when you ordered online (bank account or PayPal account).

We attach great importance to the quality of our products and, as with any handmade product, there is a risk of slight irregularities in fabric, design or colour. All our products are unique, so you will never get exactly the same result from one product to another. These irregularities, far from being defects, are proof that the craft we defend is precious. However, if you find that an item has an obvious manufacturing defect (excluding irregularities inherent in the manual printing process), you can request an exchange free of charge for the same item.
