Returns, exchanges and refunds

1. Not happy with your order?

Returns are free from France and Europe (excluding the UK, Norway & Switzerland). You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to send us your request for a return to contact@simrane.com.

The items you wish to return must be in their original packaging with their labels and unused.

2. How do I make an exchange?

We do not carry out exchanges, only refunds. We therefore invite you to reorder the item(s) you require and to return the unwanted item(s) to us as soon as possible.

3. How do I make a return?

If you wish to return one or more items, in accordance with the legal provisions in force (article L. 221-21 of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchases to make your request via your account or by contacting us by e-mail at contact@simrane.com.

Following your request, a return label will be sent to you by e-mail. All you have to do is put the items back in the original box or envelope (or equivalent if the original packaging has been damaged), stick the label on the packaging following the instructions given and drop the parcel off at a post office.

Returned products will only be accepted in their original, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. If it is clear that this condition has not been met, the sale will be considered firm and final. The items in question may then be returned to the customer at their request, with any redelivery costs being borne by the customer.

4. How soon will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your parcel and have checked it, we will proceed with the refund. The refund is automatically credited to the payment method used for your online order (credit card or PayPal account).

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed. The amount will appear on your bank statement within a few days.
